Welcome to my blog ‘’Parimalam-పరిమళం’’. Although I have started this blog long time back but I never had put my pen in this. Recently, I thought to put my ideas in words. I would like to name my blog as Parimalam. Now onwards this will be continued on this name and most of the write-ups by my ''Deepam-దీపం'' (my pen name). Some write-ups may be written by other names as well. Well you may be wondering what parimalam is? Parimalam means fragrance, an expression of personality.

I am very much agree with the views that Family tree is the major contribution to our Indian politics. Father, then his descendents, and the list continues to grow up. It seems as if a plitical seat has been reserved for a particular family. The voters are equally contributing in making the family business for them. Voters think that, we should give votes to this Son because his father has a good image as a localized politicain. This should not be the case. Funding is also a very major problem for our politics. For a normal Panchayat election approx 50-60 lakhs are normal amout to be spent by each candidate. And for an MP or MLA election, the amount rises to 10 crores. These figures are minimum amount. So in these circumstances how can a young blood comes into politics. System need an urgent change. According to world bank statement, "Indians are poor but India is not a poor country" depicts that how much variations are there in the distribution of wealth in this country.
